Rocky Mount Roasters is a small-batch coffee and tea company based in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

An order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and we'll refund you in full if we do.

Coffee is roasted to order, so orders can usually only be changed or cancelled before roasting begins. Email us quickly and we'll do what we can.

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the product page. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment processor.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Delivery timing, carriers, and address requirements are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Food and beverage products have limits on returns. Our Returns Policy explains what we accept and how to raise an issue; it also forms part of these terms.

We describe our coffee and tea as accurately as we can. Crop, harvest, and roast vary by batch, so tasting notes are a guide rather than a guarantee. Our products are processed in facilities that also handle other foods; if you have a serious allergy, contact us before ordering.

The Rocky Mount Roasters name, logo, packaging, photography, and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
