Free shipping. Always. No minimum.

Coffee is roasted to order in small batches, so orders typically leave us within 1–2 business days of being placed. Tea ships within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Once your order leaves us, delivery within the contiguous United States usually takes 2–5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories can take longer. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods are outside our control.

We currently ship within the United States. If you'd like coffee sent somewhere else, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

You'll get an order confirmation as soon as you check out, and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is handed to the carrier.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If something looks wrong, email us right away — once an order has shipped we can't reroute it, and packages returned as undeliverable will be reshipped at our cost once we can confirm a correct address.

If tracking stalls for more than five business days, or your coffee arrives damaged, email hello@rockymountroasters.com with your order number and a photo where relevant. We'll replace it or refund it. We don't make people fight for that.
